Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a modern and spacious disabled bathroom with a deep jacuzzi bath, combining great room size and comfort. The excellent service was overshadowed by a missing reservation upon check-in, but overall, the service was top-notch. Set above the conference center in a nice area, the hotel provides a convenient location with outdoor seating. The dining experience lacked sufficient butter and sugar but offered a traditional menu. The facilities were impressive, with outstanding amenities.
The hotel had rooms that were not cleaned properly with cobwebs on the windows, but they did have a massive, really comfortable bed. The service from the reception desk staff was polite and efficient, always happy to help with requests, but unfortunately, they had issues finding my reservation. The location was in a nice area above the conference center. The dining experience suffered as the food was served on cold plates, making it less hot than desired. The facilities were basic with room for improvement.
The hotel has some ups and downs. The rooms are not the best, with poor facilities like only a sofa in front of the bed and no lounge area, but having a double bed. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with a helpful and efficient team always ready to assist. The location is convenient, close to a train station and in a nice area, albeit on the outskirts of London. As for dining, there were certain issues with the serving temperature and the missing butter or sugar. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers excellent all-around service.
